What we collect here
Your email, phone platform, watch brand and model, registration time, consent version and the referral label in the signup link. We use these to arrange beta access, understand which devices are being tested and contact you about testing. This form does not collect workouts, heart rate or GPS routes.
Where it goes
The signup list is stored in Intensa’s separate beta project on Google Firebase. The private tester overview is restricted to the beta organiser. Installation is provided through Google Firebase App Distribution for Android and Apple TestFlight for iPhone; their services have their own privacy notices.
Your choice
Joining is voluntary and does not subscribe you to a newsletter. To withdraw from the contact list or request its removal, email libor@intensa.app. The list is used for organising this beta. Deleting an Intensa app account and its health data is a separate action available in the app.
Optional app diagnostics
The app offers a separate, voluntary diagnostics permission in Health & Sync. Signup does not enable it. If you opt in, native health sync and direct watch connections send technical connection status, build and operating system, attempt and success timing, activity counts, heart-rate availability and sampling quality, pending reasons, duplicate counts and a weekly score reconciliation result. Your optional watch brand and model are self-reported. A random beta ID identifies reports; the private consent record links that ID to your account so you can revoke it. Reports do not include your email, heart-rate values, FIT files, GPS, credentials or tokens.
Only the beta manager can view reports. Reports and consent expire after 30 days; expired reports are immediately hidden and the scheduled cleanup deletes them. Turning diagnostics off deletes the current reports and consent. A new opt-in starts a fresh ID and retention period. Manual diagnostic sharing remains your choice.
Technical protection
Requests are limited to reduce abuse. A short-lived, hashed network-address bucket is used for this purpose; the address is not added to your signup record. Hosting and API infrastructure may maintain operational request logs. Your email must be verified in your Intensa account before signup can grant access to a watch connector.
